make it possible to return to the old insect design

There are to many pop ups in this game I return bc I remember how fun this game was now I can’t even play without going through 10-20 ads popping before can play the level I’m on. Like why make things more complicated than what they are makes no sense. Honestly good luck to game bc I don’t it will last

I have been playing for a few weeks and as the more you progress the more the game becomes annoying and inaccurate. There have been multiple levels labeled as “easy” but they’re always the most hard, you occasionally get stuck on levels that are suppose to be easily won. The game needs to fix this and accurately label levels at least! The game also pushed you to spend money on the game. Once it starts to notice your struggling it offers multiple deals on gold to add extra moves and be able to win. Overall not a great game when it comes enjoyment.

Not a fan for the recent update. The new graphics are way too much. Please switch them back.

It’s a great game, but there are way too many money grabs before playing each level. The game bombards the player with “BUY ME” in app purchases before each level. The ads are annoying, but what makes it worse is that the active powerup timer counts down between levels, through ads, through cut scenes the player is forced to sit through, etc. For that reason alone, I won’t buy any power ups or anything else in this game.

This game has always been one I’ve returned to after getting tired of other games. There are hardly ads unless you pick to watch. It’s fun and challenging and there’s tons of levels.

Recently had to start over on this game and I don’t know if it’s just the beginner levels or if it’s all of them now, but the flying bees, and super bright colors and over kill with animation on this new version is giving me anxiety! lol bring back the old graphics!!

This game is literally pay to win. It’s pretty ridiculous that you pretty much have to pay to get past the higher levels. I don’t pay. They don’t give you enough moves for a lot of the levels. This game is rigged.

I love playing this game. It keeps me thinking. I can play it for a few minutes or I can play it for a few hours. It’s just a fun game.

Customer service used to be superb, and the game was very fun. Now you can’t get any issues resolved and customer service brushes you off completely! I have spent a LOT of money on upgrades, gold bars, etc, and have been #1 in the state of Florida for over a year now. For them to completely dismiss my concerns and make false promises to me is unfathomable. DO NOT spend money on this game!! They are thieves.

I think it's really unfair that your game restarts on its own, and I lose my 3 bonus moves. I have paid USD to buy gold in the past, that gold helped me get to 3 bonus moves. You are stealing from your customers in this sense. Also, I have seen situations where at zero remaining moves, the board closes out before an explosion mechanism completes. The explosion would have satisfied the level completion requirements. I have to use 10 gold to get 5 extra moves... but the moves aren't used as the explosion completes when the gold purchase dialogue goes away. Your game should wait until everything completes on each level, before prompting to buy extra moves.

I played this game for a long time and then took a year or so off. I reinstalled it, and I swear the game has totally changed. Besides the graphics being cuter, I feel like it’s gotten way easier. The game suggests moves to me which I don’t think it used to do, and makes matches automatically. It doesn’t feel like the fun challenge it used to, but just another mindless Candy Crush style brain rotter. I did lose my data and have to start a new game, so maybe I am not remembering how easy the early game was, but I swear there are new features that make it easier. It doesn’t feel like the same game anymore.

I’ve played this game for years, but I’m all of a sudden at a point where I have to upgrade 28 fiends to levels 23 to proceed. I’ve been working to try and do this, but it’s become impossible to do. It only gives me options to upgrade fiends that are at low levels one at a time. I give up. Moving on to another game…

Currently on level 556 and I can’t play the level. It won’t open..

Hello. I love this game but sometimes it drives me insane with trying to solve my level but I still go on this game. That’s how much I love it is that I’m making this review bc I don’t usually do this.

I love this game!!

This game was fun but has changed over the years to become impossible. They want you to buy gold which is used to advance in the game. Last night, they noticed a software glitch, apparently, and stole everyone’s gold. I had over 50 gold bars, managed to collect over 200 and now have 10. Considering they sell gold for real money, I don’t see how this was legal. I’m done. Deleting the game.

What was once a fun game has been ruined through changes that add ZERO substance or enjoyment to the game. Superfluous cutscenes that disrupt the flow of play; constant popups that seem to happen after each level to either purchase something, or a random event that I frankly don't care about; and an inability to progress without being online. Theres so much unnecessary fluff in the game now that the main gameplay seems to come secondary to all the bells and whistles that do nothing but annoy me when I'm trying to play. And I can guarantee that I'm not the only one who feels this way. On top of all of that, my 1000+ level progress (that I had spent some money on) was lost when I switched phones and there is no way for me to properly get all my progress back without guessing. I doubt any of this will change unfortunately, and in case a Developer gets a hold of this; I WONT SPEND MONEY ON YOUR GAME, IF YOUR GAME ISN'T FUN TO PLAY.

I used to play this game a lot a couple years ago and it was really good some levels being reasonably difficult and others being just fun levels but now i cant get past level 23. Its obvious the new update has left some levels giving you one less move than you need to beat them so that you have to spend money on gold, not even giving the option to watch an ad to continue. Unreasonably difficult and a cash grab. Please fix your game.

The creators of this game changed it so much from the previous version that the game is unrecognizable. As a player of best fiends I strongly dislike this games new look. Please change it back to the original look.

I’ve had this game on my phone for about 3 years and I enjoy it so much! Sometimes I forget about, but when I remember it just keeps me going. So many fun surprises and themes each month, definitely the best game on my phone hands down! You won’t regret downloading it 🙌🏼

From the graphics to the constantly engaging and challenging games, Best Fiends is amazing!! I can honestly get lost for hours playing and I never feel pressured to buy things or that I have to watch a million commercials. I often have written to the creators how impressed I am with the game (oh and their customer service is incredible to boot;).

I love this game and would absolutely rated it five stars except for the fact that sometime recently they’ve started using these ads for Royal Kingdom and also the PayPal get free cash game ads. Sure a free extra move is nice but it’s also nice to not have to sit through a 2 1/2 minute ad that’s kind of outrageous. Oh and also whenever I get the bonus boosters and what not from opening things whenever there’s pop-ups that take longer to get through that I have time to use it it’s kind of like what’s the point of grinding for these prizes. Yes the ad time can be remedied. I will happily give five stars, but until then it stays right here.

Ever since the new update I have to restart the game after a round and I lose my extra move.

So many screens to exit for a single ad( Experian) Its like propaganda and brainwashing techniques. Make it stop. Please!! Makes me want to quit playing for good!

It’s really good I like it you get lost in time and everything it’s really fun love the boots. The only problem is for me is it automatically makes you unlock crates even if you’re saving up your keys it’ll automatically make you unlock the crates and you cannot exit out of that screen until all of your keys have been used and it makes it hard to save keys to open more crates. Please fix it.

I’m not really liking the new art style. I hope they change it back soon.

I was really enjoying the game until you got past level 300 and it seems the game is not updated and you don’t get a lot of the boosts that you had. Game would be 5 stars if the whole game was updated

You have to watch too many ads if you want to level up

It’s a fun games, but the power ups are a rip off. Every time you win power up, there are so many screens that popped up before you get a chance to use them that it eats up the time.

I like to listen to music or audio books. To even think about getting ahead you have to endure the loud sounds from ADS! Most ads now require you to listen. There is no “silent button”

Why can’t the people who been playing for a while have the new portal mode just like the new people who just started playing and downloading this game? The og players have to pay gold to play the new game mode but new players have the portal mode as a regular game mode. This needs to fixed!

This recent update is horrible. After defeating a level then moving onto a new level it doesn’t let me proceed to make matches. I can touch everything else. I end up losing my winning streak because of it. So frustrating. I love this game and play it all the time but this new update needs to be fixed!

I have played the game a lot despite that I have always found it a bit confusing what all the fiends are about. Some detours to get rewards are boring because they are essentially randomized but presented as a game. I can‘t influence the outcome but have to sit through the computer rolling dice. Sfter the latest update, I find it harder to see patterns and some functions seem random. I do something, then 5 tools explode and take over the game for a minute with no obvious connection to my action. That‘s boring.

Fun game without a ton of ads

I’ve been playing this game for years and I still love it!

I collect so many fiends and it has a great storyline. You can play this game for hours and still have fun.

i've been playing best fiends for years, i'm on level 5090 and genuinely love the game. HOWEVER, it has a frustrating habit of giving a power-up for an extremely short amount of time (like "1 minute" that's actually 52 seconds to start) then making you sit through unskippable pop-ups until the time runs out. if the power up is for 3 minutes, the time will automatically decrease by almost 10 seconds as soon as it applies, and then you'll be hit with more pop-ups or cut-scenes or other things that take up the majority of that power-ups time before you can use it. the levels can already take weeks to pass with how impossible they are designed to be, but the implementation of basically useless power-ups that you are left only 1 minute or less to use makes the game even less fun. no ads though! so three stars.
